Although the villagers had forgotten the ritual and lost the original black box, they still remembered to use stones. The lottery
“God always offers forgiveness,” I said, softening my tone, “to those who are truly sorry. But sorry isn’t a feeling, you understand. It’s an action. A determination to make things right.” redployment “I found out the crime don’t matter. You can do one thing or you can do another, kill a man or take a tire off his car, because sooner or later you’re going to forget what it was you done and just be punished for it.” A good man is hard to find Standing on a tree branch I look at the monstrous wolfs as they circle a box. Standing on a black box were rouge wolfs. Wolf who committed a crime against the moon, so many that they have forgotten what it was you done and just be punished for it. the wolf had a ritual to pray to the moon. they use stones to lead a path the moon goddess. The priest stepped up said “the goddess will always offers forgiveness, to those who are truly sorry.” “that’s a lot of bull, she is a trickster who wants us to mate with lowly filthy humans. we rouges will never……….” And with that they killed the rouges. Now my time to shine. With ease I jumped down the tree, slashed the priests’ neck with my knife. “a hunter” “that’s right time for you monster to die.”

In our short story called “A Good Man is Hard to Find” by Flannery O’Conner it tells us about a family who goes to Florida and they get themselves into an accident.
Erasure Good vs evil 145-147 "We've had an ACCIDENT!" "Whatcha gonna do with that gun?" "You're The Misfit!" "Yes'm," the man said, smiling slightly as if he were pleased in spite of himself to be known, "but it would have been better for all of you, lady, if you hadn't of reckernized me." Bailey turned his head sharply and said something to his mother that shocked even the children. The old lady began to cry and The Misfit reddened. The Misfit pointed the toe of his shoe into the ground and made a little hole and then covered it up again. "I would hate to have to," he said."Listen," the grandmother almost screamed, "I know you're a good man. You don't look a bit like you have com- mon blood. I know you must come from nice people!" "Yes mam," he said, "finest people in the world." Free-form excerpting and remixing Religion 147-152 I was a, gospel singer. Jesus I pray, that you help this man. I don't want no hep, I'm doing all right by myself. Pray to Jesus, You've got good blood! Jesus shown everything off balance. Jesus, you ought not to shoot a lady. Does it seem right to you, lady, that one is punished a heap and another ain't punished at all? I'll give you all the money I've got! there never was a body that give the undertaker a tip. Jesus was the only One that ever raised the dead, and He shouldn't have done it. He shown everything off balance. Cento Manipulation 142-143 There was a secret panel in this house, and the story went that all the family silver was hidden in it when Sherman came through but it was never found "Let's go see it! We'll find it! We'll poke all the woodwork and find it! Who lives there? Where do you turn off at? Hey Pop, can't we turn off there?" "We never have seen a house with a secret panel!" June Star shrieked. "Let's go to the house with the secret panel! Hey Pop, can't we go see the house with the secret panel!" "It's not far from here, I know," the grandmother said. "It wouldn't take over twenty minutes." "No," he said. The children began to yell and scream that they wanted to see the house with the secret panel. John Wesley kicked the back of the front seat and June Star hung over her mother's shoulder and whined desperately into her ear that they never had any fun even on their vacation, that they could never do what THEY wanted to do. The baby began to scream and John Wesley kicked the back of the seat so hard that his father could feel the blows in his kidney. "All right!" he shouted and drew the car to a stop at the side of the road. "Will you all shut up? Will you all just shut up for one second? If you don't shut up, we won't go anywhere. "It would be very educational for them,"
Blog Post Introduction:
It’s a podcast where a situation arises. You are asked if keeping a secret can be either good or bad. Lulu Wang’s grandmother ,nina, on her father’s side is kept not knowing the truth; and through it all her family has to deal with their decision not to tell her. You get to see two sides of the coin. Literary Analysis: Lulu Wang / April 22, 2016 / China Crative nonfiction/ Lulu Wang is told that her nina was lung cancer and only has three mouths to live. Her family desides not to tell nina but Lulu says her has a right to know. Lulu goes a long with the plan, of them not telling nina and going to see her in china pretending it was for Lulu’s brother’s wedding, the whole reason why they choose a wedding was because they wanted an exuse to go see Nina without her thinking something was up. Lulu is told to smile and give her Nina joy. In there culture at weddings it’s polite to smile and instead of having a funeral ,where you honor the dead be crying a lot,. After the “wedding ” Lulu made it a point to shype every day; three years later her Nina is still alive. Lulu’s family says I was because they didn’t tell Nina that she lived longer. /Lulu Wang/ sad, hurt/ Objective, Emotional, Intimate, Serious Secret/ ignorance Argumentation: Do i agree with the family's choice to deceive Nina? Yes and No, I personally would have told Nina and leave it up to her if she wanted to do treatment or not. Its her body and her life so I guess I kinda agree with Lulu. Lulu makes a good point that there could've been something she wanted to do or somewhere she wanted to go before her last goodbyes. She was lied to by her own family, who you can trust if not them? I also see where that’s a different culture so I wouldn’t understand as much. Nina did do deceive her family earlier with breast cancer so I can be unforeseen pay back. Narration: My cousin’s name is Taylor(T) we were best friend growing up mostly because we are only one year a part. we had sleepovers, saw movies, you know all of the normal best girl friend stuff. We trusted each other more then anyone. It was 2014 I was starting my first year In high school when I got a message on facebook from T that her boyfriend ,who she have never seen in person , wanted to see her and that she needed my help. I wanted to help but I was worried for her safety. Do I tell her mom or not? I ended up helping her meet her boyfriend, it took weeks of talking to her and her boyfriend we set a day, time and where. When it was finally the day her boyfriend pulled out so I thought our plans were off. Hours later I found out T was still going and now she was grounded. My lie broke us a part. |
